Q: How early should I show up for my tour?
A: It is best to arrive at least 15 minutes early to your tour
Q: What is the policy for inclement weather?
A: The only way a tour will be cancelled, is in the case of heavy fog where visibility is low. In that instance, a rebooking or refund will be given. Even on a rainy day, touring MDI is still a great way to spend your day!
Q: What should we bring on the tour?
A: Layers for weather if you'd like to get out during the stops, a camera, binoculars, and plenty of enthusiasm!
Q: What can we expect to see on our tour?
A: All the fun places the locals love, the beautiful sights the island has to offer, and possibly even some local wildlife!
Q: What if we want to bring our baby on a tour?
A: Our tours are open to the whole family, and infants can come for free! All we ask is that you bring your own car seat, as well as remember that our longer 4 hour tours may not be the best for babies, as it is a long time for a baby to be in the car.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You must allow 48 hours to cancel your tour. If you do not allow at least 48 hours, a refund will not be given. If you cancel over 48 hours away from your departure time, a full refund will be issued.
